The services provided under quarterly or annual subscription agreements with our customers include:

• ADVANCED SEARCH CAPABILITY - Fiducité now offers a virtually complete real-time search of the web using Vivisimo's industry-leading search technology. To sample this advanced search capability, please enter a search query in the search box on the Fiducité home page at www.fiducite.com, and then press GO or <Return>. In response to your query, this meta-search product will scour the Internet, polling more than a dozen of the major public search engines, before returning the consolidated results in both relevance-ranked order as well as in groupings by key sub-topics. As our client, your searching capability will be further enhanced through a more sophisticated implementation of Vivisimo supplemented by access to Fiducité's own multi-million page internal intellectual capital document library. If desired, customers may purchase this search option only, without any additional Fiducité services.

• SHARED FIDUCITATIONS - Customers may access all Shared Fiducitations ( Fiducité-sponsored research reports) in Fiducité's Shared Fiducitation library. Each Shared Fiducitation is a synthesis of all relevant documents from the web and from our internal document library data base on a key industry topic. Each Shared Fiducitation has a statement of purpose and a succinct synopsis written by  Fiducité personnel. Each Shared Fiducitation may have 10-50 supporting documents and each document citation will be annotated to explain the relevance of the document. The gist of a Fiducitation can be gained in a few minutes but the supporting detail may take hours to read thoroughly. • CUSTOM FIDUCITATIONS - Customers have the right to request "on-demand" Fiducitations that are not part of the Shared Fiducitation library. The standard Custom Fiducitation process includes a discussion with the customer requestor, a confirmation statement of the request, and 24-hour to 72-hour turnaround for completing the custom Fiducitation document. Again, these "on-demand" custom Fiducitations belong to the client organizations that requests them, and are not shared with other clients or the public. All research is conducted by experienced guides under seasoned management supervision (see our management team and guide team biographies). In essence, Fiducité staff become like our customer's ancillary private research groups.

• DIRECTORY ACCESS - Customers have access to Fiducité's complete global directory of the financial services industry's web sites. This directory currently includes over 14,000 certified financial services web sites and is growing continuously. Every site has been individually observed and classified to ascertain that it is part of the financial services industry and has been placed correctly in our organization type, line of business, and geographical taxonomies. This directory is a useful research tool in its own right, and is also the basis for an extensive web site list which we systematically crawl to build the unique and powerful document library described next.

• INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DOCUMENT LIBRARY ACCESS - Customers have access to Fiducité's complete global library of best documents about financial services. This library includes over 10 million research reports, SEC filings, white papers, academic studies, congressional testimonies, statistical tables, conference presentations and other valuable resources. Searches against this internal document data base return only relevant industry-specific documents from certified industry sources, not all of which are available through public search engines.

Advantages

Some of the key advantages of our approach include:

·         Immediate and direct response to information needs: The Fiducité service is designed to enable customers to fulfill their information requirements very rapidly and precisely. Customers may either request Fiducité personnel to respond to their needs, or Fiducité can help them through providing the search tools and database for responding to their own needs themselves. Fiducité is not designed to be a mass-merchandizer of standardized information delivered to all comers.

·         Industry knowledge: We filter everything we do through experienced Guides who are knowledgeable about the industry sector they are dealing with. Guides perform the discovery, evaluation, coding, and synthesis of all our web informational services. They are backed by a combination of proprietary technology and approaches to make their work efficient. Besides their industry knowledge, our Guides are experts on where to get any of the relevant information that is on the web.

·         Broad industry coverage: We include all financial services, including banking, brokerage, insurance, consumer credit, leasing, and so forth. Our line of business taxonomy actually includes about 60 different lines of business. As financial institutions increasingly merge and deregulate, the advantage of such an approach becomes obvious.

·         Global coverage: We've defined our charter from the beginning as covering all international territories. In our site directory, we include a financial services industry player no matter what language the site is in. About 70% of all sites on the web are in English and many sites of international  banks have English versions. Our directory lists both the native language as well as the English sites separately in such cases.

·         Valuable existing material: With time, the web has matured and expanded enough that it now contains an archive of valuable professional material, an archive that will continue to grow. Not everyone realizes how much valuable material is out there. However, we also recognize that not all sources of knowledge reside on the Web, so we often resort to other standard techniques (e.g. interviewing knowledgeable people, checking reference documents or data bases) to fulfill clients’ informational needs. ]

·         Comprehensiveness: There is as yet no completely comprehensive web directory or data base of the industry, but we are coming close. For example, Allianz has 106 web sites from 49 different countries, covering 15 distinct lines of business, written in 14 different languages and including about 50 subsidiaries. Knowing all these sites constitutes a valuable resource. Our objective is to locate and classify all financial web sites of any type, a number that should reach above 50,000 within 2-3 years as web sites reach 100% penetration of the market. We have classified over 14,000 thus far.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all standard Fiducité subscriptions.

·         Although all of the Fiducité self-service research tools are very intuitive and easy-to-use, Fiducité will include additional on-line training materials for these tools at no additional cost. Fiducité can also provide in-person professional on-site training for an additional fee.

·         Customers have exclusive rights to any "on-demand" Fiducitations which they request. Unlike the Shared Fiducitations, Fiducité retains no residual rights to these on-demand Fiducitations; the requesting customer organization is free to distribute these on-demand Fiducitations as they see fit, either within or without their own organization.

·         With either the quarterly or annual subscriptions options, the customer may elect to cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund. Upgrades to higher service levels will also be handled on a pro-rated basis.

Pricing

The standard pricing for each of our service levels is as follows:

Self-Service Level - With this new Self-Service Level, clients only have access to Fiducité's self service research tools, including the advanced search engine, the document and Shared Fiducitation libraries, and the global directory. Self-service clients may not request any Custom Fiducitations, except for an additional fee. This level includes three concurrent user access licenses and is priced at $2,000 US Dollars per quarter (£ 1,400 UK Pounds) or $7,000 per year (£ 4,900).

Silver Service Level - The Silver Service Level includes up to 15 Custom Fiducitations per year or 4 per quarter; with unlimited access for up to six concurrent users to the advanced search engine, the document and Shared Fiducitation libraries, and the global directory. The price for the Silver Service Level is $6,800 US Dollars per quarter (£ 4,700 UK Pounds) or $25,000 per year (£ 17,250).

Gold Service Level - The Gold Service Level includes up to 30 Custom Fiducitations per year or 8 per quarter, with unlimited access for up to twelve concurrent users to the advanced search engine, the document and shared Fiducitation libraries, and the global directory. The price for the Gold Service Level is $12,000 per quarter (£ 8,270) or $45,000 USD per year (£ 31,000).

Platinum Service Level - The Platinum Service Level inlcudes up to 60 Fiducitations per year or 16 per quarter, with unlimited access for up to twenty-four concurrent users to the advanced search engine, the document and shared Fiducitation libraries, and the global directory. The price for the Platinum Service Level is $21,000 USD per quarter (£ 14,500) or $80,000 USD per year (£ 55,000).

·         Again, with either the quarterly or annual options, you may elect to cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund. Mid-term upgrades will also be handled on a pro-rated basis.

·         We can invoice and receive payment in US dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Yen, or other currencies according to customer preference. Payment must be in the form of a check, wire transfer, or money order. (Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments for subscriptions, only for our seminars or for individually purchased reports.).
