MANAGEMENT TEAM
Ray
Ferrara is currently Fiducité's Chief
Executive Officer. Formerly with TowerGroup and IDC, Ray has a strong
business background in research as well as in technology. A leading
technology innovator and visionary, Ray was also recently a practice
manager with KPMG Consulting, Inc., where he led teams developing solutions
for high volume data warehouses, primarily in the financial services
industry. Prior to that, he spent several years as Chief Scientist
Data Warehousing with SHL Systemhouse (since acquired by EDS) and then
13 years with Digital Equipment Corp., where he was one of the original
authors and contributors to Digital's groundbreaking enterprise technical
architectures. Early in his career, Ray also founded his own company,
CEIB, one of the first to enter the online marketplace. He was also
a member of the U.S. Peace Corps in Barbados. Ray holds a B.S. from
MIT and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
John
Grubb is the Chief Technical Officer, responsible
for Fiducités leading-edge technical infrastructure. He
has more than a dozen years of experience in large-scale information
technology operations. Most recently, John was the Director of Development
at Cerepoint Inc. Prior to that, he was with Vantive as Senior Database
Design Engineer and also with Innovative Computer Concepts as Senior
Systems Analyst. He began his career with the TJX Companies. John has
extensive experience with technology and web-based applications in particular.
Jim
Corrigan is Fiducités Events
Coordinator and also Senior Guide in our Knowledge Management area.
He was previously with TowerGroup, Inc. where he edited research about
financial institutions' technology. He has previously worked for Cambria
Consulting, Gartner Group Learning, and CSC Catalyst in various editorial
capacities. He began his career as a journalist with The Boston Reporter
and holds a B.A. in Journalism from Keene State College.
Jon
Kathe, Fiducités Research
Director, has over twenty years of experience in the financial services
industry, principally with US commercial and investment banks in Asia.
His last overseas role was in Tokyo as the President of PaineWebber
Asia Inc. Since moving to the US in 1999 he has been a management consultant
based in Concord, MA. His previous positions have included Managing
Director and Head of Emerging Markets with Bank of America in Tokyo
and Vice President in Citibanks Private Banking Group in Hong
Kong. Jon graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and also has
a Masters degree in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins.
Shahjehan
Shah Cheema is a Senior Guide
covering Banking, Capital Markets, and International Areas. He was previously
an industry analyst for Venture Development Corp., where he conducted
primary market research and authored sizing reports for the electronic
component industry. Before that, he was a research associate for Forrester
Research in the Money & Technology service. Shah has also spent
nine years in Pakistan, where he completed medical school and also worked
for the Kamel Investment Group helping to develop technology investments.
