Jon
Kathe, Fiducité’s Research
Director, has over twenty years of experience in the financial services
industry, principally with US commercial and investment banks in Asia.
His last overseas role was in Tokyo as the President of PaineWebber
Asia Inc. Since moving to the US in 1999 he has been a management consultant
based in Concord, MA. His previous positions have included Managing
Director and Head of Emerging Markets with Bank of America in Tokyo
and Vice President in Citibank’s Private Banking Group in Hong
Kong. Jon graduated summa cum laude from Boston College and also has
a Masters degree in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins.
Jim
Corrigan is Fiducité’s Events
Coordinator and also Senior Guide in our Knowledge Management area.
He was previously with TowerGroup, Inc. where he edited research about
financial institutions' technology. He has previously worked for Cambria
Consulting, Gartner Group Learning, and CSC Catalyst in various editorial
capacities. He began his career as a journalist with The Boston Reporter
and holds a B.A. in Journalism from Keene State College.
Ken
Baughman is a new Guide and Research Assistant
at Fiducité. Ken has spent time as a corporate finance intern
with the Global Relationship Bank of Citibank N.A. in Tokyo, where he
authored a comprehensive review of all Citibank Japan corporate products.
He has been a staff intern with U.S. Senator John Kerry (D-MA). Most
recently, he has also served as an economics intern in Indonesia with
Dr. Sjahrir, where he authored several critical reports on Indonesian
monetary and fiscal policy, which were cited by several key leaders
during the recent impeachment of former President Abdurrahman Wahid.
Ken is a recent graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where
he studied Economics and East Asian studies.
Shahjehan
“Shah” Cheema is a Senior Guide
covering Banking, Capital Markets, and International Areas. He was previously
an industry analyst for Venture Development Corp., where he conducted
primary market research and authored sizing reports for the electronic
component industry. Before that, he was a research associate for Forrester
Research in the Money & Technology service. Shah has also spent
nine years in Pakistan, where he completed medical school and also worked
for the Kamel Investment Group helping to develop technology investments.

Grubb is the Chief Technical Officer, responsible
for Fiducité’s leading-edge technical infrastructure. He
has more than a dozen years of experience in large-scale information
technology operations. Most recently, John was the Director of Development
at Cerepoint Inc. Prior to that, he was with Vantive as Senior Database
Design Engineer and also with Innovative Computer Concepts as Senior
Systems Analyst. He began his career with the TJX Companies. John has
extensive experience with technology and web-based applications in particular.
Fiducité also uses freelance
consultants with specific industry expertise for some reports.
