CUSTOMER INFORMATION

• DIRECTORY ACCESS - Access to our complete global directory of the financial services industry's web sites. The current size of this directory is approximately 20,000 sites and is expected to reach 30,000 sites by year end. Every site has been individually observed and classified to ascertain that it is part of the financial services industry and has been placed correctly in our organization type, line of business, and geographical taxonomies.

• INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL LIBRARY ACCESS - Access to our complete global directory of best documents about financial services. This includes white papers, position papers, academic papers, congressional testimony, tables of statistics, conference presentations and other valuable resources for a diversity of sources. We estimate the size at about 1,000 documents currently and quickly growing to about 10,000 during 2003.

• SEARCH CAPABILITY - Complete ability to search a full-word index of all objects in our directory, including web sites, best documents, "Fiducitations," and, importantly, any other document types that we may jointly decide to incorporate in our business model.

• FIDUCITATIONS - Access to all Fiducitations (Custom Web Reports) in our directory on all topics. Each FIDUCITATION is a synthesis of all relevant documents or pages from the web on a particular topic. Each FIDUCITATION has a statement of purpose or query and a succinct summary or synthesis of what the evidence, opinions, or documents on the web say about the query. Each FIDUCITATION may have 30-50 supporting documents and each citation will be annotated to show why the reader should go there. The gist of a FIDUCITATION can be gained in two hours but the supporting material may take 10-20 hours to read if needed.

• CUSTOM FIDUCITATIONS - The ability to request up to a dozen or more "on-demand" FIDUCITATIONs per year that are not part of our directory and to have them performed, communicated, and added to the directory. Our standard process includes a discussion with the customer requestor, a confirmation statement of the request, and 24-hour turnaround.

• PERSONALIZED ALERTS - Customers may set personalized alerts on any topic, web site, directory category, or search terms. If any new material being indexed by Fiducite triggers these alerts, the customer may elect to have the new materials sent to them via e-mail and/or deposited in their personalized portal hosted by Fiducite. Alerts may be set for daily, weekly, or on-demand delivery.

A few specific advantages of our approach for financial services customers should be pointed out:

• Global coverage: We've defined our charter from the beginning as covering all international territories. In our site directory, we include a financial services industry player no matter what language the site is in. About 70% of all words on the web are in English and many sites of corporates and banks have English versions. Our directory lists the English URL separately in such cases.

• Industry coverage: We include all financial services, including banking, brokerage, insurance, consumer credit, leasing, and so forth. Our line of business taxonomy actually includes about 60 different lines of business. As financial institutions increasingly merge and deregulate, the advantage of such an approach becomes obvious.

• Comprehensiveness: There is no comprehensive web directory of the industry. For example, Allianz has 106 web sites from 49 different countries, covering 15 distinct lines of business, written in 14 different languages and including about 50 subsidiaries. The Yahoo directory, despite its 2 million listings, has only 5 of these Allianz sites. Yet, knowing these sites constitutes a valuable resource. Our objective is to have all financial institutions of any type, a number that should reach above 50,000 within 2-3 years as web sites reach 100% penetration of the market.

• Industry knowledge: We filter everything we do through Guides, who are knowledgeable about the industry. They perform the discovery, evaluation, coding, and synthesis of all our web informational services. They are backed by a combination of proprietary technology and approaches to make their work efficient. Guides are experts on where to get any of the relevant information that is on the web.

• Valuable material: With time, the web has matured and expanded enough that it now contains an archive of valuable professional material, an archive that will continue to grow. Not everyone realizes how much valuable material is out there.

The following terms and conditions are dependent on the level of service requested by the customer organization.

• Fiducite has prepared on-line training materials for our clients and also sponsors training sessions if needed.

• Each customer organization provide Fiducité with a defined list of staff who are authorized to access the information and to request FIDUCITATIONs and other services.
